How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?

We will send you the tracking number by email so that you can follow your shipment. Shipping by mail takes approximately 1 to 4 weeks depending on destination country and time of year. Most shipments by UPS take approximately 3 to 9 working days subject to Covid, customs, location and weather restrictions. We cannot guarantee delivery times.

How are the sleeves finished on the barchetta blazer, doppio sack and sack coat?

On these three styles of jacket, the cuff is left unfinished and buttons are provided. The sleeve length needs to be altered and only then can buttonholes be made for functioning cuffs. If the cuff is made with functioning cuffs before dispatch, the sleeve length cannot be properly altered subsequently. If you come through London, we will be happy to alter the sleeve length and make functioning cuffs on a complimentary basis for jackets purchased from us.

Can the sleeve length on shirts be altered?

Yes, but then the shirt is no longer returnable.

Can I order a shirt with my desired sleeve length, cuff and collar style in a fabric of my choice?

Absolutely.

Can I ask for a longer, shorter or different sized garment in an existing fabric or even a different fabric?

Absolutely, subject to fabric availability.

Can I ask for measurements of garments?

Absolutely, let us know which garment and which sizes you are interested in, and which measurements you would like, and we will be happy to send those to you.

How long does a special order item take?

We aim for 8 to 12 working weeks, if not less. If the chosen fabric is in stock, then it could be sooner.
